How do I place an order on mifa.in?
Browse our collections, select your piece, choose your size if applicable, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and choose your payment method — COD or online payment. You'll receive
an order confirmation on your email and WhatsApp within minutes.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours your order moves to processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at trymifa@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime on the Track My Order page on mifa.in.
Do you accept bulk or wedding orders?
Yes. For bulk orders of 5 pieces or more — especially for bridal parties and gifting — contact us directly on WhatsApp for special pricing and packaging.
Shipping & Returns:
Do you ship all over India?
Yes. We ship pan India to all pincodes through trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items and customised pieces are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at trymifa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're so sorry if this happens. WhatsApp us a photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no extra cost — no questions asked.
Payments:
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and all major wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
Is it safe to pay on mifa.in?
Absolutely. All online payments are processed through Razorpay — one of India's most trusted payment gateways. Your card and bank details are never stored on our website. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available across India on orders up to ₹3,000. Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
Will I get a refund if I return a product I paid for online?
Yes. Refunds for online payments are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
My payment failed but money was deducted — what do I do?
This sometimes happens due to a bank processing delay. Please wait 24 hours — in most cases the amount is automatically refunded. If not, email us at trymifa@gmail.com with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
