Mifa Jewels (“Mifa”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an online jewellery store based in Karur, Tamil Nadu, India. We sell imitation and fashion jewellery through our website mifa.in.

- You will not use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.
3. Products
Product descriptions We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings. We do not guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be exactly accurate.
Product availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Pricing All prices on mifa.in are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
4. Orders
Placing an order When you place an order on mifa.in you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
Order cancellation by customer You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at wearmifa@gmail.com. After 12 hours your order moves to processing and cannot be cancelled.
Order cancellation by Mifa We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There is a pricing error on the website
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Payment is not successfully processed
In such cases you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Payments
We accept payments through:
- UPI
- Credit cards and debit cards
- Net banking
- Digital wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
Cash on Delivery COD is available across India on orders up to ₹3,000. If you refuse a COD delivery without a valid reason we reserve the right to restrict COD on future orders from your account.
6. Shipping
We ship pan India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including courier delays, weather, or remote locations.
Free shipping is available on all orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery subject to our Return Policy. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details on eligibility, process and timelines.
Refunds for online payments will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
8. Warranty
Selected products carry a 3-month anti-tarnish warranty as indicated on the product page. The warranty covers discolouration and tarnishing under normal wear conditions and does not cover physical damage, breakage, or damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals or mishandling.
To claim a warranty email us at wearmifa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on mifa.in — including but not limited to the Mifa logo, brand name, product photographs, website design, text and graphics — is the property of Mifa Jewels and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Mifa Jewels shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care of products
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.
11. User Conduct
When interacting with Mifa Jewels — through our website, email or social media — you agree to:
- Communicate respectfully with our team
- Not post false, defamatory or misleading reviews
- Not engage in any behaviour intended to harm our brand or business
We reserve the right to remove reviews or block users who violate these standards.
