Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take? All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across India typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take up to 10 business days.

Is shipping free? Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order required.

Do you ship pan India? Yes. We deliver to all pincodes across India through trusted courier partners.

How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.

What if my order is delayed? If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days please contact us at wearmifa@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return window? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

What are the conditions for return? The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

  • Sale and discounted items
  • Items purchased during special offers
  • Customised or personalised pieces
  • Items damaged due to misuse, water, perfume, or chemicals

How do I initiate a return? Email us at wearmifa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship the product back without confirmation from our team.

Who pays for return shipping? If the return is due to a defect or wrong product sent by us — we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind — return shipping is borne by the customer.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. COD orders will receive refund via bank transfer — please share your account details when initiating the return.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? WhatsApp us a clear photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost — no questions asked.

Can I exchange instead of return? Yes. If you’d like to exchange for a different design of equal or higher value contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
